Returns

Returning purchases made from Sneakercrib.co.za is easy and hassle-free. Our Return policy is both reasonable and in strict accordance with the relevant aspects of the consumer protection Act of 2008 (CPA) and it’s regulations as amended. Returns can only be done within 14 days after Date of purchase.

  • All products must be returned in their original condition as received, no tags removed. With an outer box for protection purposes. Any returns sent back without an outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged or there will be penalties.
  • If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
  • Any item purchased in a sale, or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit or for alternative sizing in the same product.
  • In the event of Return due to a customer fault, such as the ordering of the incorrect size, the customer will be fully liable for all Return shipping fees incurred. SHIPPING FEES FOR COLLECTION WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA ARE R120 (from your door to our warehouse)
  • In the event of a return due to a Sneakercrib SA faulty, sneakercrib will cover full shipping fees incurred.

Sneakercrib SA will not accept Returns when:

  1. The consumer Protection Act (CPA) specifically excludes buyer’s remorse and sneakercrib.co.za reserves the right to reject returns that are sought because the consumer has ‘changed his/her mind’ or no longer wants the item after the purchase has been made and parcel shipped.
  2. Where the Goods have been damaged due to ordinary wear and tear or worn out in the ordinary course of use.
  3. Where goods have been purchased from other retailers and not Sneakercrib.co.za.
  4. Where the Goods fall into one of the following categories.
    • Underwear, sleepwear, swimwear or lingerie
    • Goods that have been personalized or custom made.
    • Goods that have been specifically ordered for the consumer and are not in ordinary stock
    • Goods that may pose a healthy or safety hazard if returned or reused.
    • Earrings, including studs, piercings hair pieces, attachments and other personal body items due to health and safety considerations.

How do I create a return?

You can log a return via our what’sapp (+27) 62 355 3123 or Email: Sales@sneakercrib.co.za. Once we have accepted your return Please also make a note of your order number, and your reason for returning and place it inside the outer protective box of your return.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Parcel Delivery

We provide complimentary nationwide delivery using Aramex courier, delivery takes 3 to 6 business days straight to your doorstep.
