Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SneakerCrib SA, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and reliably across South Africa.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off (Domestic)
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM (GMT+02:00, South Africa Standard Time – Johannesburg)
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Terms
We use The Courier Guy and other trusted national couriers for deliveries and collections. Deliveries occur on weekdays during office hours (08:00–17:00 SAST).
All parcels include a tracking number, emailed once your order has shipped.
Track Your Order
Order Status
Check your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email address.
Delivery Status
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking after the handling time, please contact us.
If You Receive the Wrong or Defective Product
Please email sales@sneakercrib.co.za within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or return per our Return & Refund Policy.
If Your Package Hasn’t Arrived
- Check your tracking details in the shipment email.
- Verify your shipping address on the order confirmation.
- Contact our support team for assistance.
Why We May Not Be Able to Ship
- Item is out of stock.
- Address is in a remote/restricted area.
- A PO Box was provided (signature required on delivery).
- Incomplete or failed payment.
Shipping Costs
Flat rate: R 99 to all areas within South Africa.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier routes, or road conditions. Free delivery may apply during selected promotions or bulk orders.
