Return and Refund Policy

At SneakerCrib SA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, stickers, and accessories are intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage not caused by SneakerCrib.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, contact us at sales@sneakercrib.co.za with photos of the issue.

📦 Return Method (How to Return)

  1. Email us at: sales@sneakercrib.co.za
    Use subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    Include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. Wait for Return Approval:
    We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the Product Back:
    Use a trackable courier service such as The Courier Guy.
    Include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.

SneakerCrib Return Label Instructions:

  • A return label PDF will be emailed to you from sales@sneakercrib.co.za.
  • Download and print the label on A4 paper.
  • Attach the printed label securely to the outside of the package.
  • Ensure the barcode and address details are clearly visible and not obstructed.

Drop Off / Collection:

  • If the return is prepaid: Drop off at the courier mentioned in your approval email.
  • If you arrange your own return: Use any trackable courier and send us the tracking number.

Restocking Fee: None

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your safety.

📬 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@sneakercrib.co.za with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa. All refunds are processed in South African Rand (ZAR) through secure payment gateways.
